Kalinga Bikash is a grassroots-level organization registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. It was officially registered by the Additional District Magistrate and Additional Registrar of Societies on 16th December 2002 in Kalabuda, Kendrapada, Odisha. Due to its remarkable achievements, the organization gained recognition and was subsequently registered under the Indian Societies Registration Act, 1860 by the Registrar of Societies, Odisha, on 4th August 2004.Over the years, Kalinga Bikash has earned credibility and appreciation from the local community as a nonprofit, non-political, and secular voluntary organization. Its corporate office is located at Kalabuda, Via-Garadapur, District-Kendrapada, Odisha.
