Return, Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy Return Policy
Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and returned along with the original packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other papers.
Any return that does not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Refund Policy Once the returned product is received and verified by Kalinga Bikash, the refund will be instantly initiated to the original payment source or the customer's chosen refund method.
The refund processing time may vary depending on the bank/payment gateway policies.
Refund & Cancellation for Service-Based Transactions As Kalinga Bikash is a service provider, NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION will be entertained once payment has been made.
Cancellation Policy Customers may cancel their order under the following conditions: Option 1: Cancellation Within 24 Hours An order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed after 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted. However, returns are possible for eligible products.
OR Option 2: Cancellation Before Shipping/Dispatch Customers can only cancel orders before they have been shipped.
Once the order has been shipped/dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible products can still be returned under the return policy.
Shipping & Delivery Policy Kalinga Bikash ships its products to almost all parts of India.
Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).
Estimated delivery times: For metro cities & major locations: 3 to 4 business days after shipping.
For remote areas: 7 to 10 business days, depending on courier service availability.

In rare cases, unexpected delays due to logistics challenges beyond our control may occur.
Kalinga Bikash reserves the right to cancel an order if: The delivery timeline is unreasonably extended.
The shipment becomes physically untraceable.
In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
